9. RETURN AND CHANGES

9.1. RETURNS POLICY

Any item purchased at D13C Studio through our website can be returned within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. All shipping costs related to the return process will be paid by the customer.

The return or exchange must be requested through the website (link) indicating the date and time of collection and the address if it is a different one. Please take into account the public holidays in your country. 

Furthermore, the outer circular sticker must be replaced by the inner sticker for the return.

9.2. PRODUCT CONDITION

For the return to be accepted by D13C Studio the following requirements must be met:

• The product must be returned in perfect condition and with all its components, and without its use having gone beyond the mere verification of the good condition and functioning of the product.
•  The product must not have suffered any damage due to improper use.
• The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered: the original box must be preserved, as well as all of its initial contents (stickers, cloths and/or other elements contained therein).
• Preservation of the original packaging. This is part of the price of the product. Consequently, if the product is not returned in its original packaging (with stickers, cloths and/or any other elements contained therein), the goods will be depreciated.
• Please use an envelope, bag or paper wrapping to protect the box containing the items to be returned and under no circumstances place the return label directly on the boxes, as it would be impossible for us to reuse them. It would also imply the possible rejection of the return.

In the event that any of the above requirements are not fulfilled, we will understand that the product has suffered a depreciation for the following concepts:

• Shipping box: 5€
• Any other element contained in the box: 3€ (stickers, labels, etc.): 3€

Orders that have benefited from a 2 for 1 promotion or a gift item must be returned in full in order to receive a refund.

Once any return has been refused, the customer will have 3 months to collect and/or remove their order from the central facilities, at his/her own expense. If the package has not been collected within 3 months, it will be handed over to charity. 

9.3. EXCHANGES

We do not make changes of size or colour, so if you want to exchange an article for another, you will have to make a return and make a new purchase with the desired article. Once the return has been received, we will refund the amount using the same method of payment.

9.4. GIFTS

Please note that in the case of gifts, the refund will be made to the credit card that paid for the goods.

9.5. RETURN

If you wish to make a return, you have two options: 

• Register your return via our Contact Form and follow the instructions there.
• Fill in our Cancellation Form. 

In either case, we recommend that you keep proof of delivery.

9.6. REFUND OF THE AMOUNT

Once the item has been received and the return has been approved and authorised, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount of the product or products to be returned will be credited using the same payment method used.

The amount will be reflected in your account within approximately 7-15 working days, from the moment you have received the return confirmation email and depending on the conditions of each bank. In the case of a return, the customer will be charged for the cost of shipping.
