(hereinafter, D13C Studio), a commercial company registered in the Commercial Register of Alicante in Volume 4423, Record 167, Page A-177025, 1st Inscription, with TIN B- 67694968 and with headquarters located at Universidad, Edificio Quorum III, 1 – C.P. 03202, Elche (Alicante), is responsible for the processing of your personal data.


D13C Studio hereby declares compliance with current Spanish and European legislation on Personal Data Protection, specifically, Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, in accordance with the state of technology, the nature of the data and the risks to which they are exposed, D13C Studio declares to apply the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality and privacy of personal data collected through this website, as well as the integrity, availability and security of the same, taking the necessary actions to prevent any alteration, loss, unauthorized access or fraudulent use of the data processed.
